Mechanism of Action

• Aceclofenac​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ (100 mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) and thus reduces the production of prostaglandins that mediate pain, inflammation, and swelling. The drug provides a sustained anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): A centrally acting antipyretic and analgesic, Paracetamol helps the pain-relieving effect of Aceclofenac and also contributes to the reduction of fever, if any, which is a part of the inflammatory process or caused by injury.
• Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): A muscle relaxant component, colchicoside of which is of natural origin, it interacts with the GABA-A receptor and thus alleviates muscle spasms and stiffness without sedation. It normalises muscle tone and increases functional ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌mobility.
